How much notice do we need when ordering

A minimum of 2 days is required for most platters. Sweets platters require a minimum of 5 days’ notice.

Delivery Zones

We offer delivery to the following suburbs on the Sunshine Coast. Maroochydore, Bli Bli, Buderim and surrounding regions, Nambour, Rosemount, Kawana and surrounding regions, Currimundi, Coolum, Yandina. Caloundra and Noosa – additional delivery charges apply.

Delivery Fee

We have a small delivery fee of $10. Caloundra and Noosa – additional charges apply, please contact us for information.

Delivery Times

Delivery is offered between 10am and 2pm. You will be advised of a delivery time frame.

Pick up of orders

Completely free. Orders can be collected from 21 Philbrook Street Bli Bli. You will be contacted to arrange a convenient collection time.

Wooden platter boards

All wooden platter boards/trays, cheese knifes and dip bowls are on loan and remain the property of Hello Platters. These will be collected or returned at a pre-arranged time.

Consumption of platters

Platters should be consumed within 24 hours of receipt and it is recommended that they be refrigerated while being stored.

Returns Policy

We gaurantee to you that we create fresh platters that are full of flavour. We promise that if you are not completely satisfied with our product we will offer you a replacement platter or store credit to the same value. We simply ask that you contact us within 24 hours receipt of the platter and return the rest of the un-eaten platter to us, we will be happy to help you out.
